SS White Endo Direct Business Return and Refund Policy

Product can be returned within 12 months after the purchase of the product. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging and unopened. Contact Customer Service to generate the return. Customer Service will assign an RMA number.

Refunds

Once the item(s) are received, SS White will inspect the item(s) returned. If the return is approved, SS White will initiate a refund to your credit card. If the original payment by credit card is past 60 days, a check will be issued.

Exchange

Product exchange is permitted within 12 months of purchase. The returned product must be in saleable condition, unused, in original packaging, and unopened. Contact Customer Service to generate the return. Customer Service will assign an RMA number. The replacement product will be processed and charged to the credit card when the product ships. Upon return of the item(s) SS White will inspect the item(s) returned. If the return is approved, a credit will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the product. If the original payment by credit card is past 60 days, a check will be issued.

Guaranteed Satisfaction

If you have tried a product and it is defective or does not perform satisfactorily, SS White will provide a credit, exchange or refund. Contact Customer Service to generate the return. Customer Service will assign an RMA number.

Any product received “Free of Charge” will not be eligible for a refund.
